If the Wife Abandons the Husband

Just interested about the recent question….what if the wife abandons the husband…what’s the ruling on the husband’s options?
Answer:
In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,
The issue where the wife abandons her husband is not really of significance, in that he can marry again without her being present.
He should first attempt to find her through all reasonable means possible. If all avenues in finding her fail, he may marry second time. If he already has three wives in his marriage, then he can also issue a divorce and then marry.
