An extremely important lecture by Mufti Muhammad ibn Adam al-Kawthari. He discusses the contribution and 10 specific characteristics of the Scholars of the Indian Subcontinent in the field of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh).

This talk was delivered at ‘The Legacy of the Scholars from the Subcontinent’ conference organised by Ebrahim College and Turath Publishers in London on 15th of June 2013. Chief guest was the renowned Shaykh al-Islam Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani (may Allah protect him).
